CSLR determined $241 million as the estimate of the cost of meeting compensation claims and costs in relation to complaints that were lodged with AFCA between 1 November 2018 and 7 September 2022. Ist and 2nd levy period estimates
CSLR determined a 1st levy period estimate of $4.8 million and a 2nd levy period estimate of $24.1 million, both of which fall within the scheme’s annual levy cap.
